Our Policies

General Information

 

We have Wi-fi available to each cottage. Laundry room open publish after 5pm.

We have several Fire Pits for your families enjoyment. We sell wood in our office.

We provide Fresh Towels daily.

Cribs, highchairs, and cots are available for a fee of $10. Please request at time of booking.

Other housekeeping services are available for additional charge.

Our office is located on the premises and available from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Visa, Mastercard, and e-transfer, Cash are accepted.

 

Pool operation

An outdoor pool opens approximately last week of June and closes the second week in September of every year, weather permitting

General Policies

 

Non-smoking in cabin. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to any guest who smokes inside their room.

No sea food and other strong smell foods be cooking in the cabin, you can cook them outside with propane tank, and must clean up all trash

We’re sorry but absolutely no pets! Bringing a pet into a cottage will result in a $200.00 cleaning fee.

Shorten Stays Policy

Are subject to approval by management, if made more than 30 days of check-in date.

If made within 30 days of check-in date, it will result in payment of original reservation dates and rate.

 Reservation Policies

 

For general reservation, a deposit $300- 500 is required for each cottage at time of booking. 3 nights $ 300 , 4-6 nights $ 400, 7 nights $ 500, Balance is due upon arrival date.

We do have a minimum 3-5 night stay when booking unless otherwise stated.

No shows and early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation for all reservation.

To avoid any penalties from the golf courses, all changes including how many golfers, or tee times must be made 3 days prior to arrival date.

Your cottage number may shift due to adjustment, however it is guaranteed you will get the same type you have reserved.

For a Cavendish Beach Music Festival reservation, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required for each cottage at time of booking and a non-refundable full payment is due by May 5th.

Cancellation Policies

 

There will be a administration of $50.00 for all cancellations.

Deposits will be refunded if reservations are cancelled more than 30 days from the date of arrival. (Minus a the $50 admin charge). 

Cancelling within the 30 days of arrival will result in NO DEPOSIT refund.

Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total reservation shall apply.

Failure to cancel the reservation may result in the balance of the stay being charged if the cottage remains vacant for the period being held for you.
